Review of policies and procedure.

How and when we review our policies and procedures.

Policy code: PROCED 01 Last updated: Under review

1. The review of policies will include staff, families, management, and where appropriate children.

2. At the time of review the policy will be looked at by staff, centre, and management of EIKOH and any potential changes documented in current policy with Draft Review Date written on them and the current month.

3. These policies will then be put to families for a 2-week review period. The method of policy delivery to families will include A=App, F=Foyer/Notice board, P=Parent Pockets. During this time families will be encouraged to provide feedback. If families make any suggestions these are then documented and incorporated into the final policy by the centre if appropriate.

4. Final policy with changes and suggestions from all parties is then prepared and displayed in centre foyer for families.
