Reducing fees with the Child Care Subsidy
Most families are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which reduces your out-of-pocket fees. The subsidy is paid directly to us and applied to your account.
From 5 January 2026, the 3 Day Guarantee means all CCS-eligible families receive a minimum of 72 hours of subsidised care per fortnight, regardless of the activity test. For most families, this covers up to 3 days per week.
Use the CCS gap fee calculator to estimate your out-of-pocket fees, or read about the hourly rate cap to understand what the government will and won't subsidise.
Other fees
Some centres charge a one-off enrolment fee or holding deposit when you accept a place. For Eikoh centres, this is typically $200-$500 depending on the centre. The deposit is usually credited against your first invoices.
Fees published as of August 2025 and subject to annual review. For the most current fees and any centre-specific changes, contact the centre directly or check each centre's own website.
